Ingredients

    4 Large Parsnip
    4 Large Carrots
    2 TBSP Olive Oil
    .5 TSP Thyme
    .5 TSP Garlic
    .5 TSP Cayenne
    1 Pack Italian Dressing Seasoning

Directions

Slice carrots and parsnips and mix with olive oil and spices. Roast at 450 until tender - serve warm.
