    1lb low fat ground sausage
    2 cans tomato sauce
    1-2 cans Rotel Tomatos
    1 can chilli ready tomatos
    2 packets of Lawry's chilli seasoning mild
    1 cup frozen chopped onions
    1 cup frozen chopped bell pepper

Directions

brown and drain meat before adding to tomatos
