This is great at any type of get together. People love it because it's rich and creamy, but you know that it's low in fat! This is great at any type of get together. People love it because it's rich and creamy, but you know that it's low in fat!

Ingredients

    6 medium-size round red potatoes
    1/4 Cup chopped green onions
    1 (2 ounce) jar diced pimiento, drained
    1/2 Cup nonfat mayonnaise
    1/4 Cup low-fat yogurt
    1/4 Cup low-fat sour cream
    1 T sugar
    2 T prepared mustard
    1 T white wine vinegar
    1/2 t salt
    1/2 t celery seeds
    1/4 t pepper

Directions

1. Cut potatoes into 1/2-inch pieces; place in a medium saucepan. Add water to cover. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat and simmer 15-20 minutes or until tender. Drain and cool. Combine potato, chopped green onions, and pimiento in a large bowl; toss gently
2. Combine mayonnaise and next 9 ingredients; stir well. Add to potato mixture, tossing gently to coat. Cover and chill.
