Ingredients

6 chicken thighs, boneless and skinless cut into 1 inch pieces
2 carrots, sliced
3 potatoes, skinned and diced
1 packet Grace cock soup mix
1 packet Grace Pumpkin Beef mix
6 cups water
2 tsp hot sauce (we use Sriracha Thai Chilli Sauce)
Dumplings:
1 cup flour
0.25 cup cornmeal
0.25 cup cold water
Directions
Bring 6 cups water to boil in large pot.
Sift together flour and cornmeal. Add water 1-2 Tbsp at a time and mix together until you have a nice doughy ball. Break off 2 inch pieces, roll into balls and flatten with palm of hand.
Once water is boiling, add chicken, carrots, potatoes, soup mixes, and dumplings. Simmer and cook for about 1 hour.
Add hot sauce as desired when serving.
Serving Size: makes 8 1-cup servings
