Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 can cresent rolls
    2 med-lg Granny Smith apples
1 12 oz can Mt Dew
    1 stick oleo
    1 cup sugar
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 tsp cinnamon

Tips

You can use light Parkay, diet Mt. Dew and Splenda blend for baking to lighten this recipe up but I have not tried it that way as of yet.

Directions

Peel apples and core, cut into 4 pieces each. Roll each apple piece in a crescent roll starting at big end first. Place in 9 x 13 ungreased baking dish. Melt butter, sugar, vanilla & cinnamon in sauce pan until sugar is disolved. Pour this mixture over apple/rolls and then pour Mt. Dew over everything.

Cook in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.

Serve with vanilla ice cream if you wish.
