Ingredients

    3/4 cup pumpkin, canned
    1/2 cup white beans (Great Northern or Cannelini)
    3 T agave nectar (sub with honey)
    1 tsp vanilla
    2 T peanut butter, melted
    1 tsp molasses
    1/4 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp lemon juice
    dash salt

Directions

Blend all ingredients together in a food processor or blender. Alternatively, mash the beans with a fork or potato masher and then mix all ingredients together by hand. Refrigerate and enjoy!
