Ingredients

    Nearly Normal Flour Mix Gluten Free, 2 cup
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Salt, .25 tsp
    Applesauce, sweetened, .5 cup
    Honey, .75 cup
    Egg, fresh, 2 extra large
    Banana, fresh, 3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) )

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. In a separate bowl, mix together applesauce and honey. Stir in eggs and mashed bananas until well blended. Stir banana mixture into flour mixture; stir just to moisten. Pour batter into prepared pan.
3. Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean. Let bread cool in pan for 10 minutes, then cool on wire rack.
