Ingredients

    8 small potatoes, baked, cut in half
    10 oz can of chicken breast
    Frank's Red Hot sauce - 1/4 c
    3 oz blue cheese
    1 cup cheddar cheese

Directions

Bake potatoes. Cut in half and scoop out of some of the insides. Oil and Cook for 10 minutes in oven to crispen up. Fill with chicken and red hot. Sprinkle blue and cheddar cheese. Serve.
