Ingredients

    2 cans tuna
    2 tbsp light mayo or tsatiki
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 tsp salt and pepper
    1 cup shredded carrots and yams
    1/2 cup shredded zuchinni and green onions
    1/2 cup flour
    1/2 cup egg whites
    oil

Directions

combine tuna and mayo or tsatiki garlic salt and pepper add shredded carrots yams zucchini green onions and flour in a bowl. in a separate bowl whip egg whites till stiff and then add folding into to tuna mixture.
heat some oil or use nonstick pan use 1/4- 1/3 cup portions .flatten them slightly cook 4-5 min per side
Serve with a salad or tsatiki as a dip

Serving Size: makes 9 large or 12 smaller
