Ingredients

    1 - 12.5 oz can Valley Fresh Chicken Breast
    1 - 6 oz box Stove Top Stuffing
    2 T - butter
    1 - 10.5 oz can cream of celery soup
    1/2 bag - 32 oz bag of Eat Smart Vegetable Medley (carrots, broccoli, cauliflower)

Directions

Prepare stuffing according to directions (I used 1/2 the suggested amount of butter). Mix together, chicken, vegetables and soup and pour into sprayed casserole dish. Spread stuffing over the mixture and bake at 350 for 30 min.

Serving Size: Makes 6 - 1 cup servings
