    Turkey
    Egg beaters
    45 cal Sara Lee bread
    Hummus

Tips

Sometimes, after I fold the omelet in half in pan, I use the other half of the heated pan to heat the turkey before assembling the open faced sammich.


Directions

Heat pan on medium heat. Pour 3/4 cup Egg Beaters (3 eggs) into pan, cook to your liking (I make mine omelet style).

Meanwhile, place slice of bread on plate and spread 1Tbs hummus on bread. Add cooked eggs on top of bread, top with two slices of turkey.

Voila! Delicious!
