    5 cups Chicken Stock
    3 cups - Baby Spinach
    1 cup - chopped Cauliflower
    1 cup - chopped Broccoli
    1 cup - chopped Carrots
    1 packet Swanson Flavor Boost - Vegetable
    1 tsp Minced Garlic
    1 tsp -Garlic Salt
    1 tsp - Onion Powder
    1 tsp - Rosemary
    1 tsp - Thyme
