Introduction
Delicious green smoothie that tastes kind of like a peanut butter cup. Delicious green smoothie that tastes kind of like a peanut butter cup.Number of Servings: 1
Ingredients
-
1- Banana
2Tbl- Peanut butter
1 serving of chocolate whey protein
1 splash of Almond milk
1.5 cup of spinach
Tips
This is great for an after work out meal. I use it as a replacement meal, so if the smoothie is too big for you, pour half into a container for later, or share with a workout buddy!
Directions
Add following ingriedients into blender:
1- Banana
2Tbl- Peanut butter- salted or non salted, I prefer organic PB with no salt.
1 serving of chocolate whey protein- any type you so desire, I use Jay Robb
1 splash of Almond milk- I prefer unsweetend chocolate to give it that extra chocolatey flavor.
1.5 cup of spinach- You can add more or less. Good thing about spinach is that it doesn't reallly mess with the taste. I personally don't like spinach but in a smoothie you won't even taste it!
1 handful of ice- depends on how thick or thin you want it
Mix until all ingriedients are well blended. Pour into tall glass and enjoy!
Serving Size: Makes one meal smoothie.
