Ingredients

1/2 Spaghetti Squash
1 can of tuna in water--keep the water!
1/4 frozen peas
2T Parmesan cheese
2T Mayo, light
1t capers chopped
Zest of one Lemon
1/2 T Lemon juice
1/4 Panko Bread Crumbs
Directions
Serving Size: 1/2 recipe
Cut Spaghetti Squash in half and remove seeds/membrane. Put on plate and cook in microwave for 12 minutes. Use a fork to remove strands when done. Keep warm.
Combine tuna with water, peas, mayo, 2T parmesan, capers, lemon zest and juice.
Toss tuna mixture into spaghetti squash. Mix remaining parmesan with bread crumbs and spinkle over top of spaghetti mixture. Warm in microwave if needed
