Ingredients

    1 large egg
    1 slice lean ham
    1 slice american cheese
    7-inch low-carb tortilla

Directions

Scramble egg in small bowl and microwave for 30 seconds. Lay ham and cheese and microwave another 30 scronds. Lay ham, egg and cheese on tortilla and wrap.
