Ingredients

    Bushes reduced sodium pinto beans 1 can drained and rinsed well.
    1 whole tomato diced
    1/4 onion diced
    2tbsp.s of kens lite sweet Vidalia onion
    1/4 of an avocado
    Red bell pepper strips
    Blck pepper and garlic powder

    Toss together.

    Serve on a mission tortilla with a dollop of Greek yogurt.

Tips

A reduced sodium dish, so may be more spiced up to suit your taste.
