    2 cups white sugar/half Splenda
    1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
    1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
    1 1/2 teaspoons salt
    3 tablespoons Allspice
    2 tablespoons Cinnamon
    6 eggs
2 21 oz Apple Pie filling
    1 cup unsweetened applesauce

    Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 C). Grease three 12 cup muffin pans, or line with paper muffin liners.
In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, allspice and cinnamon. In a separate bowl, mix the eggs and applesauce until smooth. Using chopper or knife, cut apples to small chunks. Do not remove from filling sauce. Mix into egg and apple sauce mixture.
