Introduction

Today's version of homemade pizza (11/02/12). Today's version of homemade pizza (11/02/12).
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    6 wholemeal wraps
    6 Tbsp tomato paste
    6 Tbsp salsa
    2 medium tomatoes
    1 1/2 brown onions
    Around a cup of broccoli
    2 bunches broccolini
    1 1/2 lebanese cucumbers
    Around 3 cups shredded ham
    6 pieces of turkey lunch meat
    Pizza cheese mix (small bag)

Tips

You will probably only have room to grill one pizza at a time.


Directions

1/Spread a tablespoon of tomato paste on each wrap.
2/Spread a tablespoon of salsa on each wrap.
3/Dice all of the ingredients except the cheese and spread evenly between the pizzas.
4/Top with the pizza cheese, dividing the bag equally between the pizzas.
5/Place each pizza under the grill just long enough to melt the cheese.
6/ Serve with salad.
