Ingredients

    Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz
    Bell pepper 1 cup, chopped
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Diced Tomatoes, 29 oz
    Tomato Sauce), 15 oz
    Chicken broth, 14 oz
    Thyme, ground, .25 tsp
    Sage, ground, .25 tsp
    Brown rice, 2 cup cooked

Tips

Be sure not to put the uncooked rice in pot, will absorb all the liquid. Better to pour hot soup over the cooked rice.


Directions

Brown turkey, place in slow cooker, add all other ingredients except rice.

Cook on low for 6 hours.

Pour over desired amount of rice.
