Ingredients

    1 cup egg beaters
    .5 cup skim milk
    .5 cup nonfat greek yogurt
    .5 cup whole wheat flour
    .5 tsp baking soda
    .5 tsp baking powder
    .5 cup chopped green peppers
    .5 cup onions
    .5 cup frozen spinach
    .25 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
    .25 cup mozzerella
    .25 cup 2% cheddar
    .5 cup tomatoes chopped
    4 slices canadian bacon
    sprinkle on dill weed, garlic powder and onion powder and black pepper

Tips

Be creative and use different veggies.


Directions

Mix eggs, greek yogurt and milk in medium bowl. Mix four and baking soda and powder then add to egg mixture and mix well. Add all cheeses and mix.
Spray 9" pie dish with cooking oil then layer peppers, onions,spinach,tomatoes and canadian bacon. Pour the flouf and egg mix over all. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes (until center is set).

Serving Size: 4 wedges, 1/4 of the pie each
