Ingredients

    4 Medium Portabello mushroom caps
    1/2 pouch Boboli Pizza sauce
    1/2 Cup Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
    12 small slices canadian bacon
    1 oz. diced pepperoni
    2 tbsp. olive oil

Directions

Pre-heat oven at 400. Brush sheet of aluminum foil with 1 tbsp oil and place mushrooms stem side down. Brush with remaining oil and salt and peppter. Bake for 10 minutes. Drain water from stem side of mushrooms. Top with pizza sauce, meat and cheese. Return to oven for 10 more minutes.
