Ingredients

1 tbsp cider vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dijon mustard
2 tsp honey
4 cups baby salad greens, washed and dried
12 - 16 thin half slices of apple
2 tbsp walnut pieces
1 ounce brie cheese, cut into small cubes
Directions
Combine the first 4 ingredients in a small bowl. Divide and mound the lettuce on two plates. Top with the apples, walnuts and brie. Drizzle with salad dressing and serve.
