Ingredients

    4 lbs. of boneless skinless chicken breast
    2 cans Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Chicken
    2 packets Good Seasons Zesty Italian Dressing
    1 8oz. block of Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese
    1 8oz. tub of Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese Chive & Onion
    1/2 cup water
    1/4 cup skim milk

Tips

Serve over pasta or rice. Add some broccoli, cauliflower or carrots to make a rich creamy chicken veggie alfredo pasta dish. (Not included in nutritional information).


Directions

Put chicken breasts in the crockpot. Mix water and Zesty italian dressing packets and pour over chicken. Cover crockpot and cook on high for 4 hours. Soften cream cheeses. After 4 hours of cooking chicken, mix together the soften cream cheeses, soup and skim milk. Remove chicken from crock pot. Add cream cheese/soup/milk mixture into liquid remaining in crockpot and stir. Return chicken to crock pot and break it up into shreds. Cook on high for 15 minutes or until hot.
