    *Flour, white, 1 cup
    Oats, .75 cup
    Baking Powder, 2 tsp
    brown Sugar, 1 cup, packed )
    Banana, fresh, 2 small (6" to 6-7/8" long)
    Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
    *Kirkland Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt, .75 cup Almonds, .33 cup, sliced

    optiional 1/4 to 1/2 c dried fruit NOT IN COUNT


mix egg, yogurt and mashed banana well, Mix dry ingredients then gently add to wet-batter will be thick toss into either 9 inch cake pan or standard bread pan cook in 350 oven 25 to 30 minutes. I cooked for 18 minutes in convection oven at 350 then let set for 10 minutes before cutting
