Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    (5) 8oz. talapia
4 tbsp. raw horseradish divided in half
1 cup reduced-fat sourcream divided in half
    1/8 flour
1/2 cup bread crumbs (I like Panko)
    1/8 tsp. of salt
    1/8 tsp. of pepper
    2 tbs. of olive oil
    1/4 cup of lemon juice

Tips

Don't use leftover "coating" horseradish for anything other than the raw fish. Make more if you find that you need it. Enjoy!

Directions

Thaw and dry talapia thuroughly.
Heat pan on medim high with 1 tbs. of olive oil.
Dust fish lightly with flour. (This helps ingredients stick to fish)
Mix together 2 tbsp. of raw horseradish with 1/2 cup sour cream (set aside for sauce to put on top of fish when done)
Mix together remaining sour cream and horseradish to and put in a shallow bowl.
Put bread crumbs on plate or shallow bowl.
Coat fish on both sides with horseradish mixture and then coat with bread crumbs.
Place fish in pan. (fits about 3 in a pan at a time.
Cook thuroughly on both sides. (Approx. 2-3 min per side...until cooked through and browned on each side.)
Add remaining olive oil to pan when flipping over fish.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Cook remaining fish the same way.
Squeeze lemon juice over top.
Top with reserve horseradish sauce.

Serving Size: one 8oz. fillet
