    3 Avocados ripe (seeded, skinned & chopped)
    1 Jalapano (seeded & chopped)
    1 Roma Tomato (seeded & chopped)
    1 Lime
    1 packet hot salsa seasoning packet
    1/3 red onion chopped
    1 tsp cilantro (chopped)
    1/3 Red Pepper (chopped) - no seeds


We like our guacamole chunky but if you want it a little smoother feel free to mash with the bottom of a spoon or other utensil. I like to use the the leftover red pepper to dip into the guac.


Combine all ingredients. Serve with peppers, tortilla chips, or as an accompaniment to your favorite Mexican dish.
