    Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry), 2 serving(remove)
    Milk, nonfat, 1 cup(remove)
    Raisins, 1 small box (1.5 oz)(remove)

    combine and add cinnomon to taste

    let sit in fridge overnight

    In the morning, stir and measure your serving


Do NOT use quick oats
You can use another kind of raisins


heat in micro the next morning
