Number of Servings: 30

Ingredients

    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 c. cheese
    3/4 c. Italian style bread crumbs
    1 tsp oregano
    1 tsp onion powder
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp pepper
    2 lbs lean ground beef

    Topping:
    Ketchup, mustard and about 9 tsp Splenda Sugar Free Brown Sugar

Tips

I used 1% milk, low-fat cheese, lean beef, and Splenda Sugar Free Brown Sugar to help lower the sugar and fat.


Directions

Add all ingredients and mix well. Use your hands - it mixes a lot easier! Roll into desired size ball and place in either a muffin pan or baking pan. Top with the sauce mixture just enough to barely cover the top of the ball. Cook at 350 for 45 mins or until done. These are ideal for freezing for a quick on-the-go meal!
