Ingredients

2 Kirkland Signature Tilapia Loins (Thawed)
1/2 Cup thinly sliced onions
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
3/4 cup 2% Milk
1/4 cup shredded Parmigiano Reggiano
2 Tbsp Progresso Plain Panko Crispy Bread Crumbs
2 Tbsp Kraft Reduced Fat Olive Mayonaise
Tips
Delicious served with a Microwaved Sweet Potato and a vegetable like fresh Green Beans
Directions
Thaw Tilapia if Necessary
Preheat oven to 350
Grate 1/4 cup Parmigiano Reggiano and add Bread Crumbs to the Parm and stir well.
Add Olive Oil to a medium skillet, add Onions and saute until just tender, remove from heat.
Place onion in a small casserole dish and add milk and lightly stir.
Place Tilapia in the dish with milk and onions.
Spread 1Tbsp of Mayonaise on each Filet.
Sprinkle Parmegiano and Bread crumb mixture evenly over each filet.
Bake for 30 Minutes or until fish has reached 145 degrees and flakes easily.
