Ingredients

    3 Med hard cooked eggs, mashed
    1 Tbl Real Mayo
    1 Tbl 1000 Island, WaldenFarms Free
    1/3 tsp Celery seed
    Pepper to taste

Tips

I love onions but didn't have time for adding to this recipe, but onions, relish or other ingredients to taste would be just as good. Also, this would be a good topper for a tossed salad with loads of veges then top off with a serving of Egg Salad. A quick easy - buy the eggs already cooked - saves time.


Directions

Mash eggs with hand potato masher. Add mayo, dressing and spices; mix well. Divide into 2 or 3 servings. Spread on muffin or on Tortilla chips.

Serving Size: 3 - 1/4 cup servings or 2 - 1/3 cup servings
