Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1-lb sausage
    ready to make biscuits
    2 cups milk
    1/4 cup all purpose flour
    2 tsp of margarine or butter
    dash of salt
    dash of pepper

Directions

Bake biscuits according to package directions. Once done set aside. In a skillet crumble and brown sausage, add margarine, lower temp and add flour, mix well. Then gradually add the milk. Raise temp to med-hi, add salt and pepper to taste, stir until sauce thickens. Take biscuits and break in half and place halves with soft side up. add sauce and serve

Serving Size: Makes 8 big portions or 16 small portions
