Ingredients

    * Hormel Always Tender Boneless Pork Loin, Fresh Pork, 4 serving (remove)
    * Blue Cheese, .5 cup, crumbled, not packed (remove)
    * Salt, .5 tsp (remove)
    * Pepper, black, .5 tsp (remove)
    * Olive Oil, 1.5 1tsp (remove)
    * Butter, unsalted, .5 tbsp (remove)
    * Pears, fresh, 1 pear, medium (approx 2-1/2 per lb) (remove)

Directions

cut a pocket in thickest part of park chops - stuff with 2 tbls blue cheese. Sprinkle 1/4 each pepper and salt on chops, heat a non-stick skillet over medium high hear and add olive oi, swirling to coat. Add pork to pan and saute for 3 minutes on each side or until done. Remove pork and let it rest for five minutes. Add butter to pan and pear, cored and cut into 16 pieces with the remaining salt and pepper. Saute about 4 minutes until lightly browned.

Serving Size: 1 4oz pork chop with 4 slices of pear
