Ingredients

    14 oz chick peas
    2 Tbsp lemon juice
    2 Tbsp Tahini
    2 tsp minced garlic
    1 tsp salt
    6 drops of tabasco sauce

Tips

Refrigerate.


Directions

Puree in food processor. Add hot water, 1 tbsp at a time, if too thick. Serve with pita and raw vegetables.
