Introduction

Ingredients

2 Slices Whole Wheat Bread
2 TBSP Better 'N Peanut Butter(or other low fat peanut butter***)
1 Banana
1/2 TSP honey
***Note: The nutritional value of this recipe is based on using Better 'N Peanut Butter which is a de-fatted version of peanut butter. You may use regular or another low fat peanut butter, but nutritional values will change!
Directions
1) Spread peanut butter on both sides of bread
2) Slice Banana into roughly 1" slices and lay on one of the bread slices
3) Place second bread slice on top, peanut butter side down
4) Brown in a pan on medium high heat on both sides until the bread is crispy and brown, but not burnt(fat free cooking spray may be used if desired)
5) Cut Sandwich in half and drizzle honey over it
5) Enjoy!
