Ingredients

    1 c white flour
    1 c wheat flour
    3 tbsp brown sugar
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp allspice
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp ginger
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 1/2 c skim milk
    1 c pumpkin puree
    1 large egg
    2 tbsp vegetable oil
    2 tbsp vinegar

Directions

Mix all liquids. Add solids and stir just to combine

Cook on a hot griddle 1/4 c. at a time. You may need a spatula to spread around the batter - it is thick!
