Ingredients

    1 container of fat free cottage cheese (4 servings in it, i believe the 32 oz)

    1 small container of sour cream (16 oz container)

    1 packet of the italian seasoning, depending on how much you make you can get away with using 2. This recipe above is with just 1 packet.

Tips

After making the dip, refrigerate. It is usually better after it sits in the fridge for a while.


Directions

Cottage cheese into bowl, followed by sour cream and seasoning.

Serving Size: I can usually get 25+ 2 tbsp servings.
