    8 oz. bowtie past
    1 tbps Olive Oil
    3 garlic cloves, crushed
    3 plum tomatoes, diced
    2 slices of turkey bacon, cut in small pieces.
    1 can of Great Northern Beans
    6 cups of chicken broth
    5 cups of fresh spinach


Add 3/4 cup of mozzarella cheese, shredded and 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese


In a large skillet heat oil. Add garlic, tomatoes and bacon. Cook and stir until tomatoes are slightly soft, and bacon is cooked. Add beans, broth and spinach and cook until spinach just wilts, stirring constantly. Season with salt and pepper. Add pasta and serve immediately.
