Introduction
Chana Dal is one of the most delicious dished in Punjabi cousin. Prepared by boiling the chana dal and then giving it a refreshing touch of Tadka ! Punjabi style ;-)Tadka means to Fry tomatoes and onions together, with spices added, salt and chili to taste.

Tips
Fried Red/green Chili can also be added for some extra flavor and decoration. Sprinkling kasoori methi will have extra dimension to taste :-)
