Ingredients

3 1/2 cups rolled oats
3/4 cup honey
2 scoops GNC Whey protein powder (chocolate)
1 1/2 cups nonfat dry milk
1 tbsp cinnamon
2 egg whites
1/4 cup lowfat peanut butter
1/4 cup tap water
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips
1 1/2 bananas, mashed
Tips
I have also made these in a brownie pan and cut after cooking to save time.
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Spray baking sheet lightly with cooking spray.
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Mix wet ingredients in a medium bowl.
Combine wet and dry ingredients.
Form 15 bars using wax paper to mold. Carefully transfer to greased baking sheet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown around edges.
Cool for 15 minutes and transfer to wax paper to cool completely.
Enjoy!
