Introduction
I don't like sugar in my tomato sauce and I want it to taste like fresh tomatoes. With so many allergies to additives, I have to be careful. Ingredients

300 grams (10.5 0z) Lean ground veal
1 medium Vidailia onion chopped
1 cup chopped bell peppers (red, green, yellow,etc)
2-3 cloves of garlic, crushed and finely chopped
2 Tbsp. fresh basil OR 1 tsp. dried
2 tsp. Italian Seasoning
680 gr. (24 oz.) Pomodoro Strained Tomatoes
Tips
I do not use oil when I brown the meat in a no stick pan.
Directions
Saute ground veal, onion, peppers and garlic until meat is browned. Add spices, basil and tomatoes.
Simmer for about 30 minutes.
**Pour over your favourite pasta, spaghetti, or, in my case, Shirataki noodles with a sprinkling of Parmasan cheese. (**calories not included in recipe)
