    2 lbs. Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
    1/2 c. reduced sodium soy sauce
    1/2 c. honey


1. In a baking dish large enough to accomodate chicken, add chicken, soy sauce, and honey all in the pan.

2. Marinate for at least 2 hours but up to 24 hours.

3. Bake in the oven at 350 for 30 to 45

Makes 8 4oz servings

    This was pretty good and super easy to make. Its foolproof. I made it with a version of spanish rice I found on here as well. My hubby liked it too and he is a picky eater. I will be making it again! - 1/9/10
