Ingredients

    3 eggs
    1 cup skim milk
    2/3 cup Jimmy Dean Turkey Sausage Crumbles
    1/2 cup low fat shredded cheddar cheese
    Spices (to taste): chives, white pepper, ground mustard, paprika

Directions

preheat oven to 350
whisk together eggs and milk
add sausage crumbles to eggs and milk along with the shredded cheddar cheese
add spices to your liking
pour mixture into a pie plate and bake for 25 minutes
