3/4 Cup dry wheat berries
1 can (14 oz.) diced tomatoes with green chilies
1 Can Mexi-corn
1 can black beans, rinsed
1 pkg. chili seasoning mix
1 cup water
Tips
You can adjust the intensity of the spices by altering the amount of the packaged seasonings you add.
Directions
Soak wheat berries overnight in water to cover.
Place all ingredients in slow cooker and stir to combine.
