Ingredients

    Butter, unsalted
    Green Onions
    Garlic
    Curry Powder
    Meat (optional)
    Hot pepper (optional)
    Tomatoes

Tips

Chop all the vegetables before hand. The actual cooking time is very short, but most of your time will be spent prepping the vegetables for this.


Directions

Melt one tbsp of butter in a sauce pan.
Sautee the onion and garlic in the butter. (You may also add hot peppers or meat if you so wish.)
Add about one cup of water and curry powder and let simmer for about 5 to 10 minutes.
Chop up the tomatoes and add to the dish for a dash of color.
