Ingredients

    1 Can Refried Beans, Traditional
    1 cup of Light Sour Cream
    2 cups of Reduced Fat Mexican Cheese
    1/4 cup chopped scallions
    1/2 cup chopped black olives
    1.5 cups Shredded lettuce
    1 cup chunky salsa
    1 tsp Taco seasoning

Tips

This dish can be eaten immediately but tastes better after sitting in the fridge for a couple of hours. The Multigrain Scoops are fantastic with it.
