    2 cups vanilla soymilk
    2 cups fresh spinach leaves
    2 cups fresh kale, chopped
    1.5 bananas, frozen
    2 scoops vanilla protein poweder
    1 tbsp cocoa almond butter
    1 cup oats


High calorie, but low fat and full of vitamins and protein. Perfect for breakfast or pre/post workout.


Blend until smooth, adding soymilk, bananas & cocoa almond butter first.
