Ingredients

1. Cut chicken breasts into three large cubes.
2. Dice onion.
3. Heat olive oil in pan.
4. Put chicken and onion into pan, sauteing until onion is transluscent or brown (5-10 minutes).
5. Chop carrots and celery.
6. Place chicken, onion, chicken broth, white wine, carrots, celery and black pepper into slow cooker.
7. Cook in slow cooker for four hours on high heat or eight hours on medium heat.
8. Remove chicken from slow cooker, chop and return to slow cooker.
9. Whisk together two tablespoons of flour and one cup of skim milk and pour into slow cooker.
10. Add frozen peas to slow cooker.
11. Cut biscuits into quarters, roll into balls and distribute on top layer of slow cooker.
12. Cook on high for another one to two hours (until outside biscuits are brown).
