Ingredients
-
2 Franklin Farm Veggie chili bean burger patties
1 tbsp Hellman's Light Mayonaise
1 tbsp Heinz No Salt Ketchup
1/4 cup Romaine Lettuce, shredded
2 slices Kosher Dill Pickle
1/4 cup Raw Onions, chopped
1.5 Arnold 100% Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins (that's 3 slices)
Directions
Spray a frying pan with cooking spray and heat the veggie patties for 2 mins on medium heat and flip.
Place a slice of cheese on each patty and hHeat the other side for 3 mins.
Blend the mayo and ketchup into what I like to call, a most special sauce. Spread 1/2 of the sauce on one sandwhich thin and the other 1/2 on another thin.
On top of the sauce sprinkle the onions and shredded romaine.
When the patties are done place one on top of the lettuce and add a pickle slice on top of each patty.
Finally, take the 3rd sandwich thin and put it on top of one of the patties, then grab the entire assembly and place it on top of the other pattie/bun comb.
Press down firmly.
Enjoy with some diet iced tea and a pint of cherry tomatoes!
Serving Size: Makes one sandwich
