Introduction

A good breakfast or lunch meal replacement for eating on the run. A good breakfast or lunch meal replacement for eating on the run.

Ingredients

    1c. lowfat vanilla yogurt
    1c. Great Value Mixed Fruit (Mango, Strawberry, Pineapple, Peach) - I use it thawed or it will bind up my blender
    .25c. Frozen blueberries
    1c. Milk
    1 scoop EAS Soy Protein (Vanilla)
    *I use Splenda to knock out the slight aftertaste of the protein powder. Honey would work as well.

Directions

Just throw it all in a blender, pour and go.

Serving Size: Can be one serving for a meal, or halved for 2 roughly 250cal. snacks
