Introduction

I healthy, low carb version of pizza to beat that craving! I healthy, low carb version of pizza to beat that craving!

Ingredients

    I portobello mushroom cap
    1/4 cup of pizza sauce
    1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella
    Banana pepper rings

Tips

I also broil them at the end to brown the cheese up a bit.
These are just my favorite pizza toppings you can add anything just remember to add the calories too!


Directions

Preheat oven to 375.
De-stem and clean out inside of the mushroom cap.
Place on a baking sheet empty and bake for 5 minutes
After 5 minutes take out of oven and add pizza sauce and toppings.
Bake for 20 minutes.

    I love these things. I usually bake my caps for about 8-10 minutes, with salt and pepper and a little smidge of olive oil spray and then fill them. - 5/12/17
